Just look at the way Erik looks back at Charles, even when he’s letting him into Moira’s care. It’s like he has to memorise his face, make sure he’s alright every second Erik has Charles in his arms before he’s positive Moira is there for Charles because the hostile air between them has already begun pulling them apart. I JUST HAVE A LOT OF FEELINGS OKAY.
